Coordinates new technologies spanning hardware platforms and different operating systems that require network communication. Coordinates network communication and data integration methods for new technologies. Performs planning and documentation throughout support activities. Resolves complex technical problems and automates tasks for improved efficiencyTechnical Expertise: Maintains a strong knowledge base to effectively consult and direct others on technical matters.
