[Remote] Network Deployment & Operations Engineer

The role involves providing technical and operational leadership for large-scale IP or Optical network deployments, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery while managing vendor relationships and collaborating closely with various teams.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide technical and operational leadership for large-scale IP or Optical network deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality
ā¢ Lead cross-functional technical discussions to identify solutions, mitigate risks, and drive innovation
ā¢ Build and execute end-to-end deployment programs ā scope, schedules, and resource planning
ā¢ Define and track KPIs such as deployment speed, quality, efficiency, and SLA performance
ā¢ Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring accountability and service excellence
ā¢ Collaborate closely with Data Center, Network Engineering, and Operations teams for seamless project execution
ā¢ Deliver clear reporting and insights to senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
ā¢ 10+ years of experience in IP or Optical network deployment, with strong exposure to operations and program management
ā¢ Proven success delivering network infrastructure projects on time and at high quality
ā¢ Deep understanding of IP networking protocols, architectures, and technologies
ā¢ Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
ā¢ Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
