[Remote] Network Delivery Lead

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Luxoft is seeking a Network Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of network services to clients. This senior technical leadership position is responsible for ensuring network service performance meets contractual commitments and quality standards while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of network services across the account. Services include firewalls, route/switch, DNS and load balancingServe as the primary escalation point for network-related delivery issues, proactively managing risks and driving resolutionOversee the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and IntranetsCollaborate with Account Delivery Managers (ADMs) and service delivery towers to align network delivery with overall account strategyDrive optimization initiatives to improve network performance, reduce costs, and enhance client experienceProvide technical leadership and mentoring to network delivery team membersPrepare and present delivery performance reports to internal stakeholders and clientsSupport transition and transformation efforts for new or changing network servicesSkillsProven experience in network delivery management or a senior network engineering roleStrong knowledge of networking technologies: LAN/WAN (Cisco/Dell), DNS (Infoblox), Firewall (Palo Alto), Load Balancing (F5)Experience managing network services in a large enterprise or managed services environmentFamiliarity with ITIL service management frameworksStrong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a virtual/remote environmentExperience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS)Knowledge of network security principles and tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, zero trust)Experience with automation and network orchestration toolsFamiliarity with monitoring tools (NNMi, Netscout)Company OverviewLuxoft is an IT company that works globally to give customers software development, product engineering, and consulting.
