The NetSuite Project Manager will lead ERP implementations, manage project scope and resources, and build strong client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery.ResponsibilitiesServe as a senior client-facing leader responsible for the successful delivery of ERP implementations, with a focus on NetSuite solutionsLead and direct cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverablesManage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; proactively track availability and optimize utilization across engagementsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management plans and escalation strategiesDrive project governance, including status reporting, KPI tracking, and executive-level communication on project health and outcomesBuild strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to guide clients through complex ERP implementations and business transformation initiativesAct as a Solution Architect on select engagements, leading solution design for NetSuite implementations, ensuring alignment to client business requirements and best practicesCollaborate with functional and technical teams to define end-to-end system architecture, including integrations, data strategy, and configuration decisions across NetSuite platformsProvide strategic guidance on system design trade-offs, scalability, and long-term maintainability of ERP solutionsChampion a client-first mindset, using expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to deliver measurable value and positive outcomesPromote and model BPM’s values, including supporting remote-first operations, leveraging digital collaboration tools, and contributing to sustainable workplace practicesSkillsBachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field7+ years of experience in ERP consulting and project management, with demonstrated experience leading implementations for NetSuiteProven experience managing complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations in a consulting environmentStrong project management expertise, including development of work breakdown structures, project plans, and resource forecasting (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)Deep understanding of ERP ecosystems, including data migrations, integrations, reporting, and system customizationsExperience contributing to or leading solution architecture for ERP implementations, including translating business requirements into scalable system designs across NetSuiteExperience leading large, distributed teams across multiple concurrent engagementsExcellent client management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-makingStrong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologiesWillingness to travel up to 25% as neededPMP certification and/or MBAHands-on experience with NetSuite and Workday implementations, including design, configuration, and deploymentExperience across key business domains such as finance, accounting, HR, or operationsBackground in SaaS/Cloud-based environments (ASP/SaaS)Strong understanding of financial systems, customer management, and business process transformationBenefitsTotal rewards package: In the US, BPM offers personalized benefit structures and financial compensation options that provide choice and flexibility.
