Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pandoblox is seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant to understand and translate business processes for their clients. The role involves implementing NetSuite software, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and project management.ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the implementation process including requirements analysis, system design, configuration, installation, data conversion, user training and lifecycle support of NetSuite softwareSetup system and configure according to customer requirementsDevelop test scripts and testing phaseAssist customers with data conversionsMake recommendations to customers for new process and capabilitiesWork closely with sales and support to coordinate the completion of every projectCreate regular written reports detailing project status, and discuss these reports with clientsDisplay leadership in project management, with the ability to collaborate as a teamParticipate in the ongoing development of the team and implementation processSupport the sales team with solutions research and client presentationsDevelop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application designs, configurations, testing and deploymentsResponsible for on-time, high-quality implementation of our cloud solutionsWork directly with clients to lead projects, organize business process analysis sessions and develop and deliver key components of the NetSuite solutionProvide technical support to clients as neededProvide input and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for project completion, including developing new templates and documentsEnsure the highest level of customer satisfactionPerform other adhoc tasks related to the roleSkillsHave 4+ years experience in analyzing business processes and mapping these to NetSuite functionality (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)Have 2+ years experience implementing NetSuite SoftwareBS/MS degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience preferredExpert knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalyticsHave proven experience in a consulting role, particularly within industries like Software, Services, Manufacturing, or DistributionHave strong knowledge of software solutions, including experience in installation, integration, and trainingHave excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact with clients and translate technical requirementsPossess strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsBe team-oriented, self-motivated and very personableHave the expertise in managing multiple projects and prioritiesBe able to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentHave a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform dutiesBe willing to install next generation end point protection on the computerBe a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from thereBe willing to work within US Pacific timezone (8am - 5pm PST, 12AM - 9AM Manila time) or during client hours as requiredBe willing to undergo a 90-days probationary period upon initial hireBe open to a short-term project-based, part time contract opportunityNetSuite Certified ERP ConsultantCompany OverviewPandoblox offers digital development, c-level guidance, and advanced technology-enabled services.
