[Remote] NetSuite ERP Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Embrace Software Inc is a technology company seeking a highly skilled NetSuite ERP Specialist. The role involves managing full-cycle NetSuite implementations, system enhancements, and providing operational support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize solutions that align with business requirements. Responsibilities • Lead and manage end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements • Conduct requirement gathering, system configuration, unit testing, UAT coordination, and end-user training • Provide post–go-live support to ensure stability and continuous system improvement • Set up company structure, new subsidiaries, accounting features, and enable relevant modules • Customize NetSuite forms, dashboards, workflows, and scripts to meet business needs • Create and manage revenue recognition rules, item configuration, and custom records • Strong understanding and hands-on experience across core business cycles, including: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Management, Dunning and Collections Management • Perform data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading • Manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using middleware or native connectors • Administer NetSuite roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure security and segregation of duties • Maintain audit compliance and support internal/external audits • Design, configure, and manage workflows to automate approvals and streamline business processes • Work closely with finance, supply chain, operations, and IT to translate business requirements into system solutions • Provide ongoing system optimization, troubleshooting, and user support Skills • Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a NetSuite ERP Specialist or similar role • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams • CA or MBA in Finance (preferred) • NetSuite certifications (Administrator, Consultant) are a plus • Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteBuilder • Knowledge of integration tools (Celigo, Dell Boomi, etc.) is an advantage Benefits • Competitive salary commensurate with experience. • Opportunities for career advancement and professional development. • ​Experience collaborating with a diverse, global team within a remote work setting.
