The role involves designing and maintaining custom reports, developing executive dashboards, and creating meaningful KPIs within Netsmart systems to aid in clinical, financial, and operational decision-making.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, and maintain reports within Netsmart platforms including myAvatar and myEvolvDesign and build KPI dashboards for executive, clinical, financial, and operational teamsCreate complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting datasetsGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutionsDevelop automated reports and dashboard refresh schedulesMonitor and validate data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting environmentsCreate data visualizations and scorecards to track organizational performance metricsSupport compliance, quality improvement, productivity, and revenue cycle reporting initiativesTroubleshoot report issues and optimize report performanceDocument report logic, KPI definitions, and dashboard specificationsProvide user support and training related to reporting tools and dashboard functionalitySkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience developing reports within Netsmart environmentsAdvanced SQL and relational database experienceExperience building KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboardsHands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as: Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Crystal ReportsKnowledge of healthcare operations, behavioral health workflows, or EHR systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in behavioral health or community healthcare organizationsKnowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7 or interoperability conceptsFamiliarity with ETL processes and data warehousingUnderstanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance reporting requirementsExperience integrating data from multiple healthcare systemsCompany Overviewenkompas Technology Solutions provides strategically aligned business and technology services to the enterprise market.
