The role involves collaborating with team members to deliver scalable software solutions and translating business requirements into technical tasks.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, develop, and maintain robust C# applications, ensuring optimal functionality and performance
ā¢ Collaborate closely with distributed team members to deliver scalable software solutions
ā¢ Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks
ā¢ Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices
ā¢ Participate in code reviews, offering insightful feedback to peers and embracing constructive critique
ā¢ Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed
ā¢ Contribute to technical discussions and share your expertise to drive project success
Skills
ā¢ Proven experience as a C# Developer, preferably in agile environments
ā¢ Advanced proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem
ā¢ Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate across time zones
ā¢ Experience with version control systems such as Git
ā¢ Solid problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
ā¢ Experience with cloud-based architectures (e.g., Azure or AWS)
ā¢ Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
ā¢ Background in mentoring or guiding junior developers
