They are seeking a NeoLoad Performance Testing Consultant to lead performance testing services, design test strategies, and mentor QA personnel on methodologies and scripting.ResponsibilitiesConsult with customers to design and implement comprehensive performance testing activities using NeoLoadDevelop performance test plans, scripts, scenarios, and execution strategies aligned with system requirementsExecute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests and analyze performance resultsIdentify performance bottlenecks and recommend engineering optimizationsCollaborate with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot performance issuesSupport performance testing for upgrades, integrations, and major deploymentsIdentify and implement improvements for performance testing processes and methodologiesEstablish and evolve performance engineering practices to align with industry best practicesServe as the primary point of contact for performance testing activities and customer communicationsMentor QA members to enhance the team’s performance testing and NeoLoad capabilitiesSkillsBachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldSeven or more years of experience in Software Development, Quality Assurance, or Performance EngineeringThree or more years of hands-on NeoLoad performance testing experience requiredStrong hands-on experience with NeoLoad including scripting, parameterization, correlation, execution, and results analysisUnderstanding of performance engineering concepts including scalability, load modeling, and root cause analysisStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to stakeholdersAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in complex delivery environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in Agile and Waterfall environmentsExperience with Maximo and utility industry environments is considered a strong plusExperience using monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or GrafanaTOSCA experience or knowledge is preferredTOSCA experience preferredISTQB or Performance Engineering certification preferredBenefitsHybridOpen to FT and C2CCompetitive Base SalaryWork Life BalanceRelaxed Work EnvironmentGrowth and Development OpportunitiesCompany OverviewTTC Global, formerly The Testing Consultancy, is a leading software assurance and testing services provider.
