Synergy Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP EC Payroll Configuration Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Employee Central Payroll solutions. The consultant will work closely with HR, payroll, and technical teams to design and configure payroll processes within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules based on business requirementsAnalyze payroll business processes and translate them into system configurationsPerform payroll schema and rule configuration, wage type setup, and payroll processing supportWork closely with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth Employee Central to Payroll integrationsSupport payroll testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and UATTroubleshoot payroll configuration issues and provide timely resolutionAssist in payroll data migration, validation, and reconciliation activitiesCollaborate with HR and payroll stakeholders to gather requirements and improve payroll processesProvide post-go-live support and system enhancementsMaintain documentation for payroll configurations, changes, and support proceduresSkillsMinimum 15+ years of experience requiredStrong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configurationHands-on experience with payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processingKnowledge of integration between Employee Central and SAP Payroll systemsExperience with payroll testing, defect resolution, and payroll validation processesFamiliarity with HRIS systems, payroll operations, and payroll complianceAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutionsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in payroll configurationsExcellent communication skills to work with HR, payroll, and technical teamsExperience with data migration and payroll data validationExperience working on SAP SuccessFactors implementations or payroll transformation projectsKnowledge of SAP HCM Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modulesSAP SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll certification is a plusCompany OverviewSynergy Technologies is an IT services firm specializing in talent solutions.
