[Remote] nCino Business Systems Analyst

Eliassen Group is seeking an nCino Business Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into scalable configurations across the loan lifecycle. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to design workflows, drive testing, and support delivery on a Salesforce-based platform.ResponsibilitiesPartner with lending, operations, risk, and IT stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirementsLead discovery sessions, workshops, and process walkthroughs to understand current-state and future-state workflowsTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaIdentify gaps, dependencies, and impacts across upstream and downstream systemsConfigure nCino workflows across the end-to-end loan lifecycle including origination, underwriting, approval, closing, and servicingSupport configuration of loan products, decisioning rules, stages, tasks, checklists, and role-based permissionsPartner with Salesforce and nCino administrators to align configurations with platform best practicesDocument configuration decisions and process flows for transparency and maintainabilityDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for system, integration, and user acceptance testingCoordinate and lead end-to-end testing across multiple teams and environmentsValidate configured workflows against business requirements and regulatory expectationsTrack, triage, and support resolution of defects through to closureAct as a trusted advisor to business partners throughout the delivery lifecycleSupport change management including documentation, training materials, and go-live readinessProvide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesSkills5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst supporting enterprise platformsHands-on experience with nCino in a banking or financial services environmentStrong background in requirements gathering, workflow configuration, and testingExperience supporting Salesforce-based applications with understanding of declarative configurationEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a regulated environmentBanking, commercial lending, or financial services domain experienceExperience with loan origination systems or credit platformsFamiliarity with Agile or Scrum delivery modelsExperience with regulatory or compliance-driven implementationsProficiency with Jira and Confluence or similar Agile toolingProcess mapping using Visio or Lucidchart or similar toolsExperience with test planning and defect tracking toolsBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits401k with company matchingLife insuranceCompany OverviewEliassen Group provides strategic consulting solutions for business, clinical, and IT sector.
