[Remote] Navy Undergraduate Program Associate - Supply Chain Analyst (Part-time) - Louisiana Remote

They are seeking motivated undergraduate students to coordinate and integrate logistics support for submarine shipbuilding programs, contributing to the national defense efforts. Responsibilities • Prepare, coordinate, and integrate the identification, development, acquisition and delivery of integrated logistics support requirements for systems or equipment assigned to the Center • Provide input to and/or review planning documents such as Technical Data Plans, Operational Requirements, Advance Procurement Plans, etc., applicable to the system or equipment for assessing the ILS effort • Prepare logistics requirements plan, ILS Plans, Operational and Interim Support Plans, etc., as required • Assess all requirements necessary to coordinate ILS functions • Prepare and/or coordinate the ILS portion of Invitations for Bid or Requests for Proposal and participate in the evaluation of contractors? bids or proposals • Organize and chair the activity ILS Management Team and participate as a member of the cognizant System Command ILS Management Team • Participate in system requirements and design reviews, configuration management board reviews, engineering analysis tests, inspections, and demonstrations, provisioning, and training plan meetings/conferences • You will interface with a broad range of experts and stakeholders • Other duties as assigned Skills • To be able to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance post employment • At least one year in an accredited university's supply chain, logistics, procurement, management, or business • Sophomores, Juniors, and First Semester Seniors apply • An interest in resource and product development of shipbuilding • Excellent oral and written communication skills • The ability to use a variety of software products (e.g., MS Office) • Veteran experience in the military is a plus!
