The National Sales Manager will be a key driver of business growth by partnering with insurance companies and adjusters to expand the company’s presence in the industry.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company growth and revenue objectivesIdentify new market opportunities and create initiatives to expand market presenceCollaborate with senior leadership to set sales goals, and forecast future trends based on market analysisBuild and maintain relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsEnsure clients’ needs are met efficiently and effectivelyProvide mentorship to sales team, fostering a high-performing culturePrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual account reviewsNegotiate and close agreements with large customersNetwork with potential business partners and clientsCreate presentations for potential clientsCollaborate with marketing teams to develop materials and support sales effortsPresent quarterly and annual sales performance to the executive teamUtilize CRM systems to manage customer data, sales forecasts, and account detailsAttend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote company’s services and expand business networkSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in salesProven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies on a national levelExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skillsProficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrategic thinking and market analysisStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the temporary housing, insurance, or property management industries preferredCompany OverviewHomelink’s mission is to take care of families who have experienced a catastrophic event by helping them get back the comforts of home as soon as possible.
