The National Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales initiatives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.ResponsibilitiesResearch and analyze business trends, competitor landscapes, and industry opportunities to understand client needs and deliver targeted solutionsStay informed on sustainability best practices, environmental regulations, and industry trends to provide clients with eco-friendly and compliant solutionsDemonstrate a deep understanding of Quest’s solutions, values, and processes to effectively position our offerings in the marketIdentify and pursue new business opportunitiesUtilize consultative sales techniques to assess client needs and align Quest’s solutions to business challengesDevelop and implement account strategies for long-term client successDevelop proposals tailored to client needs and business goalsAddress client pain points related to waste management inefficiencies, vendor management complexities, and sustainability challengesClose new business opportunities through a strategic sales approach that highlights Quest’s unique advantages in vendor consolidation, cost reduction, and landfill diversionEstablish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executivesCoordinate with internal teams (Client Services, Vendor Relations, Accounting, etc.) to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementationAddress client concerns and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfactionTrack sales activities, progress, and performance metrics using Monday.com CRMProvide regular reports on sales pipeline, prospect engagement, and revenue forecastsIdentify trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales strategiesRepresent Quest at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking eventsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and outreach initiativesWork closely with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business goalsContribute to team training, mentorship, and best practice sharingThis position requires at least 50% travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunitiesSkills6-10 years of proven B2B sales experience in Fortune 1000 companiesStrong consultative sales skills with a track record of closing large regional or national accountsPassionate about building relationships, connecting with clients, and creating meaningful business opportunitiesExceptional presentation skills, active listening abilities, and the ability to communicate value effectivelyExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHighly self-motivated with a results-driven approachProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Monday.com CRMAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing multiple prioritiesStrong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to industry changesBachelor's degree preferredExtensive knowledge of the Grocery, Food Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, or Hospitality industries is strongly preferredExperience selling environmental services and sustainability solutions within these industries is a plusBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision401(k) PlanLife and STDCompany paid Life, Short term disability plan (voluntary employee-paid LTD is offered)Eligibility for health and life insurance plans: 1st of month following date of hireRemote/hybrid work environment401k plan with employer matchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanPaid Holidays, Vacation and Sick timeQuarterly recognition programCompany OverviewQuest Resource Management Group, a subsidiary of Quest Resource Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: QRHC), is a full-service environmental consulting and management company headquartered in The Colony, Texas.
