This role involves selling telecom-as-a-service solutions to various organizations while building long-term strategic partnerships and managing the entire sales cycle.ResponsibilitiesDrive new revenue growth by selling Sangoma Carrier Voice solutions across regional, national, and global marketsProspect, identify, and close new wholesale carrier, enterprise, and strategic business opportunitiesExpand existing customer relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account developmentPosition Sangoma Carrier Voice as a modern telecom-as-a-service platform delivering scalable voice, messaging, SIP, and API-driven communicationsDevelop strong relationships with C-level executives, telecom decision-makers, engineers, and procurement teamsDeliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations, demos, and solution consultationsLead contract negotiations and manage opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycleCollaborate with internal engineering, product, operations, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiencesConduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key strategic accountsMaintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity tracking within Salesforce CRMStay current on telecom market trends, carrier technologies, AI-driven communications, CPaaS innovation, and competitive positioningAct as a trusted advisor by helping customers modernize communications infrastructure and improve operational efficiencySkills3-5+ years of experience in wholesale telecom, carrier sales, UCaaS, CPaaS, VoIP, SIP, cloud communications, or large enterprise technology salesProven success exceeding sales quotas and driving recurring revenue growth in a quota-driven environmentExperience selling to carriers, service providers, large enterprises, telecom resellers, or SaaS organizationsDemonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close strategic business opportunitiesExperience positioning competitive telecom and cloud communication solutions in complex sales environmentsStrong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholdersExperience with Salesforce CRM and sales forecasting toolsTechnical aptitude and ability to communicate telecom concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with Microsoft Teams, UC platforms, SIP trunking, messaging services, or programmable communicationsEligible to work in the United StatesBenefitsExtensive Benefit Options (Health, Vision, Dental, Long & Short-term Disability) are effective after a short waiting periodMatching 401K program - 100% match on 4%Employee Stock Purchase Plan after one year of serviceFlexible Time Off & Company HolidaysEntrepreneurial work environment partnered with high growth career opportunitiesCompany OverviewSangoma Technologies Corporation (TSX: STC; Nasdaq: SANG) is a global leader in essential business communications.
