[Remote] National Sales Account Manager- Commercial & B2B

Lasko Products, a market leader in home comfort products for over 100 years, is looking to add a National Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen partnerships across Commercial Air and B2B channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans aligned with Lasko’s business model and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver profitable growth in B2B channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual joint business plans across CAM and B2B accounts aligned with company revenue and profitability targetsDrive assortment expansion, pricing strategy, and distribution growth across fans, heaters, air purifiers, and related air movement and ventilation solutionsIdentify whitespace opportunities and growth initiatives within commercial, industrial, and institutional customer segmentsLead line reviews, category reviews, and new product presentationsMonitor competitive activity and recommend pricing, assortment, and promotional adjustments to maintain market leadershipServe as the primary point of contact for B2B customers including distributors, contractors, facility managers, and commercial partnersBuild strong, collaborative partnerships to support long-term growth and brand expansion within the Commercial Air spacePartner with customer stakeholders to support B2B digital enablement, e-commerce portals, and marketplace strategies where applicableRepresent Lasko’s Commercial Air portfolio, brand positioning, and innovation roadmap in customer meetings and industry eventsOwn account-level forecast inputs in partnership with Sales Operations and Demand PlanningEnsure alignment between customer demand, inventory planning, and supply chain readinessMonitor order patterns, inventory levels, and sell-through trends to proactively manage performanceCollaborate within the SIOP framework to support demand variability and project-based businessPartner with Product Development and Marketing to align new product introductions with Commercial Air and B2B use casesCollaborate with Finance to manage pricing strategy, margin targets, and trade investmentsWork closely with Operations and Logistics to ensure strong OTIF performance and customer satisfactionCoordinate digital content, packaging, and merchandising support tailored to B2B and commercial applicationsAnalyze sales performance, pricing effectiveness, and category trends across B2B channelsDevelop customer-facing presentations and internal executive updatesTrack and deliver against KPIs including revenue, margin, inventory turns, service levels, and share growthSkills5–10 years of experience in National Account Management or Sales within consumer durables, industrial products, or B2B channelsDirect experience managing Commercial Air, HVAC, industrial distribution, or B2B accounts requiredProven success in managing complex sales cycles, distribution networks, or project-based businessStrong understanding of joint business planning, pricing strategy, and P&L ownershipAnalytical mindset with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with distributor data, POS reporting, and BI tools preferredStrong negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field requiredTravel as needed to support customer meetings, distributor visits, and industry eventsFamiliarity with distributor data, POS reporting, and BI tools preferredBenefitsFlexible hours and a hybrid work schedule for our corporate teamDog-friendly corporate headquartersCompetitive salaries with bonus potentialComprehensive benefits package that includes a strong 401(k) matchWellness incentivesRobust health coverageCompany OverviewLasko is proud to be an Consumer good company.
