They are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee project delivery and client engagement for a national portfolio of work, while supporting broader business initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients on all project-related mattersManage contractual obligations across assigned projectsForecast and track financial performanceOversee project cash flow including invoicing and collectionsPlan, schedule, and execute projects to meet or exceed financial and operational targetsMaintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and complianceBuild and manage strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliersSupport estimating, scope development, and preconstruction effortsProvide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to project teamsMonitor cost, quality, and schedule performance, escalating risks where neededCoordinate with engineers and internal stakeholders on technical deliveryManage subcontractor scopes, change orders, and site logisticsLead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all partiesEnsure accurate reporting, documentation, and closeout deliverablesContribute to continuous improvement, R&D initiatives, and internal best practice sharingSkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum 5+ years' experience in project management (restoration, concrete, or similar sectors preferred)Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferredExperience managing larger, complex projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong commercial awareness and financial management capabilityComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamStrong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skillsProficient with industry software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, project management systems)Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's licence and willingness to travel as requiredCompany OverviewLVI Associates is a recruitment agency for infrastructure and engineering.
