Driven Brands is North America's largest automotive services company, and they are seeking a National Category & Strategic Accounts Manager – Heavy Duty to drive growth across their Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicle business. The role involves leading national account development, strategic sales leadership, and category expansion initiatives while building strong customer relationships and executing business strategies.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand relationships with: Fleet operators, LTL carriers, dealerships, heavy-duty distributorsIdentify and secure new business opportunitiesIncrease share of wallet through category expansion, pricing strategies, and account penetrationConduct quarterly business reviews (**QBR**) and executive-level customer meetingsRepresent the company at major industry events, including HDAW, TMC, and AAPEXDrive HD category growth and profitabilityInfluence product assortment, inventory strategy, pricing, and go-to-market initiativesAnalyze market trends, competitive activity, and performance metrics to support decision-makingPartner with supply chain, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to identify growth opportunitiesSupport product launches and new category expansion initiativesLead strategic programs from development through executionCoordinate efforts across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, and Leadership teamsMaintain forecasting, CRM accuracy, and performance reportingProvide regular updates on pipeline activity, growth opportunities, and key initiativesSupport franchise owners and field sales teams in driving Heavy-Duty growthDevelop and deliver sales training, product education, launch readiness programsCreate scalable programs that improve field execution and adoptionSkillsProven success in national accounts, strategic sales, category management, or business developmentExperience working with HD distributors, fleets and carriers, dealership groups, large aftermarket customersDemonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder opportunitiesExperience leading cross-functional projects in a growth-oriented environment5+ years of Heavy-Duty aftermarket experienceBachelor's degreeWorking knowledge of major Heavy-Duty engine platforms (Cummins, Detroit, Volvo/Mack)Understanding of aftermarket distribution, category management, pricing strategy, inventory planning, product launch execution, CRM and forecasting experienceBenefitsCommissions or bonus incentives, depending on the roleHealth and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday payGet early access to 50% of your earned wages at any time through our myFlexPay programCompany OverviewDriven Brands™, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is the largest automotive services company in North America, providing a range of consumer and commercial automotive needs, including paint, collision, glass, vehicle repair, oil change, maintenance and car wash.
