[Remote] National Account Project Manager

The National Account Project Manager will oversee operational project management for the National Accounts Installation Division, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesOVERNIGHT/NIGHT SHIFT: Night time Project Manager and Tech Support as neededEffectively plan, execute, monitor, and control, and close projects using principles, methods, and standard techniques that are appropriate for the specific projectProactively communicates project requirements to project team and wider stakeholders as and when required and maintains accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reportsProactively communicates project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfactionDevelop appropriate planning documents including project plans, scope documents, SOW’s, charters, Execution Playbooks, etc. Reviews requirements to determine scope, effort, schedule, time frame, funding requirements, staffing requirements, allotment of available resources to various phases of the projects, and metricsDevelop appropriate sub-plans such as a communications plan, quality assurance plan, resource plan, procurement plan, deployment plan, etcIdentifies potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlinesCoordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, services, and controls necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of project within budgetEstablish pricing agreements with subcontractorsEstablish project milestones and analyze costs; utilizes financial systems to review actual versus estimated job cost and to provide timely and accurate project cost reports; identify reasons for low job site productivity and determine impact on the project; adjusts or corrects project plan and/or project cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goalsManage the Monitoring and Controlling aspects of a project including issue/risk identification and resolution, change management, reporting and internal/external communication, financial management, metrics, etcIdentify, document, and prioritize project change requests and facilitate approval process. Re-plan as necessary based on changesSet and manage expectations with resource manager(s) and team member(s) regarding allocation to the project and performance expectationsEnsure effective Quality Assurance/Quality Control mechanisms are in place and adhered toExecute project closeout activities including turnover to appropriate operations teamsManage project resources effectivelyFollow-up and report on key metrics including customer satisfactionLeads the definition, execution, and delivery of project deliverablesGenerate new techniques, ideas and solutions that can improve delivery quality, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. Identifies lessons learned and shares with organizationSupport other groups as needs arisePerforms other duties as assignedPrepare formal correspondence in response to customer’s questions or concerns.
