They are seeking a motivated National Account Manager to drive revenue growth for Sangoma Cloud products and services through the Technology Solutions Broker channel program, focusing on recruiting new partners and expanding existing relationships.ResponsibilitiesRecruiting and onboarding new partnersExpanding existing partner relationshipsSupporting sales opportunitiesDriving recurring revenue growthEnabling partner success through training, sales support, and strategic collaborationDevelop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive partner revenue growthRecruit, onboard, and activate new Technology Solutions Brokers, Master Agents, VARs, MSPs, and telecom partnersBuild strong relationships with partner principals, channel managers, sales teams, and technical stakeholdersIdentify and develop new sales opportunities within the partner ecosystemAssist partners in closing business through joint sales calls, pricing support, proposals, and opportunity managementDeliver product demonstrations, presentations, and partner enablement sessions virtually and onsiteEducate partners on Sangoma products, programs, tools, promotions, and sales resourcesConduct partner sales training and ongoing enablement activitiesMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and activity tracking in Salesforce CRMCollaborate with internal sales engineering, marketing, operations, and support teams to maximize partner successMeet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotasAttend industry events, partner meetings, and conferences as neededAdditional duties and projects as assignedSkills5+ years of successful sales experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, SIP, telecom, cloud communications, IT networking, or channel/carrier sales within a channel agent environment, including experience working with Technology Solutions Brokers (TSBs), with a proven ability to build partner relationships, manage complex sales cycles, drive recurring revenue growth, and exceed quota in a competitive technology marketProven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing recurring revenueStrong understanding of unified communications and cloud technologiesExperience managing partner relationships and complex sales cyclesExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and pipeline management skillsAbility to travel as needed for partner meetings, events, customer engagements, and industry conferencesSalesforce CRM or similar CRM platform experience preferredMicrosoft Office proficiency including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointUnderstanding of networking fundamentals, SIP, cloud telephony, and telecom solutionsExisting relationships within the TSD communityExperience with UCaaS/CCaaS or contact center solutionsExperience selling AI-enabled communications or CX technologiesCarrier or service provider sales backgroundMicrosoft Teams voice integration knowledgeBenefitsExtensive Benefit Options (Health, Vision, Dental, Long & Short term Disability) effective after a short waiting periodMatching 401K program - 100% match on 4%.Employee Stock Purchase Plan after one year of service.Flexible Time Off & Company HolidaysEntrepreneurial work environment partnered with high growth career opportunitiesCompany OverviewEstablished more than 20 years ago, NetFortris has grown to become the leading provider of secure cloud communication solutions to forward-thinking, mid-sized and enterprise businesses.
