[Remote] National Account Manager

The National Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for managing customer operations and achieving sales and profitability targets while fostering a collaborative environment. This role involves developing strategies for business growth, building customer relationships, and optimizing product availability.ResponsibilitiesLead category insight and strategic design for the Category Managers/ Buyers at these accountsDevelop initiatives and strategies that will grow the retailer’s category and overall business by driving the leading sku’s siffron’s core listingIdentify and pursue opportunities from within the existing siffron’s line that will achieve the "best practice" scenario and recommend additionsLead development of annual quotas and profit planLead sales action plans; monitor actual results vs. plan throughout the year, making adjustments when appropriateServe as primary contact and become the expert for assigned accounts. Understand the retailer’s needs, strategies, and objectivesLearn and utilize Category Management and Action Selling concepts in every accountBuild and deliver retailer specific presentations for Line Reviews, Programs, Mid-Season updatesMaximize the availability of our products in the appropriate channels of distribution consistent with our brand strategy with an emphasis on superior new product executionBuild customer relationships at Buyer and VP levels within the customer set of responsibility and be seen as the leader in the industry for our product categoriesFoster and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas including Marketing, Supply Chain, Communications and Operations both internally and at the customer levelWork with store personnel and marketing to identify and evaluate new product ideasBuild and closely manage relationships with customers at the buyer level and beyond to create or enhance the partnershipBuild and maintain relationships with executives, management, field and inside sales teams across all partner locationsLeverage CRM and reporting tools to manage and monitor pipeline, revenue growth, goal attainment, etcProactively partner with internal teams to drive revenue results for the organizationEffectively complete all administrative forms, programs, resets, or projects necessaryConduct Quarterly Business reviews with assigned partnersProvide RFP support for technical response and BOM creationSkillsBachelors/University degree, preferred5+ years of sales, sales planning, sales distribution, and/or trade experience, a plusExperience with a minimum $10M book of business, preferredDemonstrated successful achievements with proactive revenue and growth targetsSuccessful relationship management within internal and external customers, including account and end userAbility to manage internal and external demand planning and inventory planningAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and foster change managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized mannerDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneouslyThis role has complex requirements requiring excellent organization, time-management and documentation skillsSolid analytical skills and acute attention to detailsStrong project management skillsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for resultsAdvanced skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point40% travel is a mustBenefits401(k) match (up to 50% of 6%)Annual siffron profit share/safe harbor matchTuition reimbursement program for eligible employeesMedical, dental, vision insurance after 30 days of employmentFlexible spending account and/or health savings accountVacation/Personal/Bereavement leavesPaid parental leaveShort & long-term disability coverageEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee referral bonus programSiffron Shared Ownership Works Program10 paid holidaysCompany OverviewSiffron provides retail merchandising and custom display solutions.
