[Remote] National Account Manager

The National Account Sales Manager will lead the national sales team, managing relationships with major retail partners and ensuring sales goals are met while maximizing brand presence across national channels.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Direct, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to achieve revenue, door count, and merchandising objectivesAccount Management: Oversee relationships with key national and strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with corporate sales strategies and customer needsSales Execution: Develop and monitor sales plans, programs, and promotions to drive sell-through and market share growthSales Operations: Coordinate daily sales activities, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance tracking across all national territories and accountsPerformance Management: Establish KPIs, track sales metrics, and provide regular reporting and insights to the VP of SalesCRM Utilization: Ensure use while leveraging HubSpot & NetSuite to manage pipelines, forecast sales, and ensure data accuracy across the national sales teamCollaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure successful program execution and customer satisfactionMarket Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and new channels, driving expansion and profitability for all brandsTraining & Development: Support ongoing development of the sales team through coaching, performance reviews, and training initiativesReporting & Analytics: Analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvementSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years of sales management experience, with at least 3 years managing key or national accountsProven track record of driving growth in retail, distribution, or consumer product sales channelsStrong leadership and people management skills with experience leading remote teamsWilling to travel as needed: Billings HQ, line reviews, trade shows, and new account prospectingExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skillsProficiency in CRM systems that include HubSpot, NetSuite, and Microsoft OfficeStrategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational abilitiesProven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales, profitability, and new account goalsDemonstrated success in building and leading a high-performing, motivated sales teamExperience fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organizationTrack record of strengthening partnerships with key national accounts through proactive engagement and strategic planningBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage to ensure your well-being.401k planPTODisability InsuranceLife InsuranceCompany OverviewTactacam sells hunting and outdoor cameras and accessories.
