They are seeking a National Account Manager to lead the development and execution of growth strategies across key retail customers in the dollar and drug channels, focusing on expanding distribution and driving sales growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the channel strategy to drive sustainable, profitable growthIdentify white-space opportunities, distribution expansion, assortment optimization, and execution opportunities to accelerate channel performanceTranslate enterprise growth objectives into actionable commercial plans tailored to the unique dynamics of the dollar and drug retail environmentsLead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and customer engagement strategies aligned with retailer priorities and category trendsCultivate and elevate strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across merchandising, category management, and supply chain teamsServe as the primary point of contact for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between Harvest Hill and customer objectivesMonitor and communicate retailer strategies, competitive activity, and market developments impacting the Dollar and Drug ChannelsSupport customer line reviews, business reviews, and strategic planningUtilize syndicated and retailer data and internal analytics to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, monitor competitive activity and category trendsTranslate insights into actionable sales strategies and high-impact presentations for both internal stakeholders and customersProvide regular reporting and analysis on performance, category and competition, shopper trends, forecasting, and other initiativesDrive distribution, assortment, promotional planning, and pricing strategies that optimize sales and profitabilityPartner with Leadership, Marketing, Supply Chain/Operations, and Revenue Management to ensure alignment across commercial initiativesSupport the successful execution of key events including new item launches, seasonal programs, and promotional activation'sEnsure accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and execution support to maintain strong service levelsSkills7+ years of experience in CPG sales, retail merchandising, or related rolesBS/BA degree or a combination of relevant work and educational experienceProven experience managing or selling into Dollar, Drug and/or other high-volume retailers, partnering with their merchandising, category, and supply chain teamsFinancial acumen, with ability to manage pricing, trade spend/deductions, and mix to optimize the P&LStrong analytical capabilities, with experience leveraging syndicated and retailer data to drive insights into actionExperience leading Joint Business Planning and retailer line reviewsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, creating high-impact customer facing presentations and sales storiesAbility to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive resultsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized, passionate with a collaborative, strategic growth-mindsetWillingness to travel 25%-50% depending on location and needs of the businessCompany OverviewHarvest Hill Beverage Company produces and distributes a variety of beverages, including juices, flavored drinks, and other drink products.
