[Remote] National Account Executive

The National Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by managing relationships with large national wholesale accounts and expanding market presence through proactive business development and strategic account management.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through high-volume outbound prospecting, including 50+ daily calls to loan originators nationwideDevelop and maintain broker relationships by providing expert guidance on mortgage products and underwriting guidelines, including Conventional, FHA, and VA programsManage client activity, communications, and marketing efforts using the Engage CRM systemRespond to client inquiries and provide timely loan status updates throughout the loan processDeliver training and informational sessions on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsMaintain knowledge of applicable state licensing and compliance requirementsEngage with accounts daily through in-person visits, virtual meetings, and phone communications to strengthen relationships and drive productionTake applications from wholesale source clients for client approval by the organizationAssist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials to existing and prospective clientsMaintain consistent client outreach to solicit new business, loan submissions, and lock-in requestsMonitor companyโs computer-based register daily for prompt cancellation of dead files and timely delivery of live filesProvide training and conduct informational meetings for the client baseEstablish controls to track monthly rates, lock-ins, client contacts, monies due on extended locks, and other required informationUpdate lock-in file and purge cancellations and expired locks dailyUpdate rate line information and email or fax information to clients at least dailyPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred1 year inside sales and mortgage wholesale experience preferredDemonstrated success in loan origination within the mortgage industry; an established, active client base strongly preferredStrong knowledge of wholesale loan origination, underwriting processes, and mortgage industry standardsExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a professional demeanorProven ability to manage time effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailStrong customer service orientation with exceptional client relationship management skillsAnalytical aptitude and comfort working with financial data and figuresProficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet-based applicationsValid driver's license, active auto insurance, and a clean driving record required for company-related drivingCollege degree preferred1 year inside sales and mortgage wholesale experience preferredDemonstrated success in loan origination within the mortgage industry; an established, active client base strongly preferredBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance.Pet insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Employee friends and family loan program.Employee assistance program offering discounted services.Company OverviewRemoteHunter is your dedicated AI job search assistant, turning the job hunt from a slow, individual effort into a quicker, smarter, and guided experience by streamlining each step of the process and speeding up your path to the right career opportunities.
