They are seeking an experienced National Account Director to manage and expand relationships with large fee management companies and ownership groups in the multifamily sector, while also identifying and closing new enterprise opportunities.ResponsibilitiesOwn a portfolio of national accounts representing Snappt's largest and most complex client relationshipsDrive expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing partnershipsProspect, qualify, and close new enterprise partnerships with top-tier multifamily ownership and fee management companiesBuild and maintain executive-level relationships across C-suite, VP, and portfolio leadershipPartner closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, retention, and long-term client healthRepresent Snappt at major industry events including NAA Apartmentalize and NMHCAccurately forecast pipeline and revenue activity in SalesforceServe as the voice of the enterprise customer internally, providing market intelligence to Product, Marketing, and LeadershipSkills5+ years of enterprise or national account sales experience, with a track record of closing and expanding complex, multi-stakeholder dealsDeep knowledge of the multifamily industry, fee management structures, ownership hierarchies, and how large PMCs evaluate and buy technologyProven ability to sell into the C-suite and navigate large organizationsExperience managing a book of business at the national or enterprise levelStrong commercial instincts, you know how to find expansion revenue and build urgencyCRM discipline with consistent Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecastingExcellent communication, executive presence, and presentation skillsAbility to travelProptech or SaaS sales background strongly preferredCompany OverviewSnappt provides fraud detection and income verification software for multifamily property managers.
