The role involves owning strategy and execution across large accounts and collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional value.ResponsibilitiesLead growth in your territory: Expand enterprise accounts through a blend of growth, renewals, and strategic new opportunitiesBe a trusted advisor: Partner with senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies to understand their goals and help them scale Lucid across the enterpriseDrive complex, high-impact deals: Navigate multi-threaded sales cycles and craft win-win negotiations that elevate customer successBuild powerful relationships: Create champions at all levels of the organization through consultative selling and thought leadershipCoach and collaborate: Mentor your assigned BDR and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver exceptional valueStay connected: Travel as needed (1–3 weeks per quarter) to strengthen customer relationships in personSkills5+ years of sales experience in tech/SaaS (as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar role), with a proven record of exceeding quotasExperience selling complex enterprise software solutions and managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesStrong knowledge of SaaS/cloud applications and their business valueAbility to collaborate across functions and lead cross-team sales effortsExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsStrength in prospecting, territory planning, and consultative sellingAdvanced skills in Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other sales enablement toolsProven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or similar value-based selling methodology to address complex customer needs in enterprise salesPassion for SaaS and the future of workBenefitsLucid is a hybrid workplace.
