As a Remote N-Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing user-focused IT support to our internal staff and external partners, ensuring seamless technology experiences across the globe.

As a member of our global support team, you will:

Provide remote technical support for critical technologies, including hardware and software, to our global workforce
Manage and fix technical issues, research and document problems, and analyze trends to improve the overall user experience
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple time zones, sharing ideas and feedback to ensure operational compliance and support excellence
Work with key stakeholders to provide alignment and effective partnerships around common goals and initiatives
Document feature requests, technical issues, and help center articles to enhance user support and knowledge
Support staff with English and Spanish language proficiency in oral and written communication

Preferred Skills:

Experience in office/computer system administration with a focus on user experience
Knowledge of cloud and SaaS applications, including Google Workspace and SSO
Advanced troubleshooting skills on Mac OS, Chrome OS, Windows, and Linux systems, as well as various applications
Effective written and oral communication skills, with experience in mobile device support and conference room technology
Familiarity with remote desktop solutions, cybersecurity best practices, and software support tools like Zendesk, JIRA, and Confluence
Ability to analyze and report trends in support data, with a focus on improving business and user experiences
