They are seeking a Relationship Manager for their Equipment Finance division to service and expand existing relationships while developing new leads within Northern California.ResponsibilitiesService and expand existing relationships while developing new leads through prospecting and pursuing targeted new businesses within your assigned territoryFollow up on leads, call or visit potential customers, and develop, negotiate, leverage and nurture business relationships with industry related companies including dealers and suppliers to cultivate new and continuing business prospectsTravel within assigned territory is requiredAttend trade shows and other related eventsParticipate in industry organizations to continually build a professional networkSkillsMust reside in Northern CA areaSales experience financing heavy equipmentMust have strong relationship skills and managementBasic exposure and ability to read and understand financial statements spreads/analysisAbility to be self-motivated and work remotely and independentlyBachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 11 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 7 years' relevant work experienceDegree in Finance and/or Accounting preferablePrior credit underwriting experienceGreat communication skills – verbal & written.
