This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT and engineering talent while collaborating with MSPs to meet client staffing needs.ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT and engineering roles, including software engineers, network administrators, DevOps specialists, and other technical positionsLeverage advanced recruiting tools, job boards, social media platforms, and networking to attract top-tier candidatesCollaborate with MSPs to understand client staffing needs and fulfill requisitions effectively within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Ensure adherence to MSP processes, documentation, and reporting requirementsBuild and maintain a robust talent pipeline of active and passive candidatesConduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goalsAct as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and MSP program representativesProvide regular updates and reporting on candidate pipelines, recruiting metrics, and requisition statusStay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT and engineering recruitmentContinuously refine recruiting strategies to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and increase placement success ratesSkillsMinimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience in IT/engineering fields, with a strong emphasis on MSP staffingDemonstrated success in fulfilling high-volume and niche technical requisitions under tight deadlinesProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MSP Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platformsDeep understanding of IT/engineering roles, technical skills, and industry trendsExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneouslySelf-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for talent acquisitionExperience working with global MSPs or RPOsFamiliarity with compliance requirements related to IT staffing, including contractor classification and international hiringTechnical certifications or educational background in IT or engineering is a plusCompany OverviewPremier Staffing Solution is a staffing agency that offers hourly staffing and professional staffing services for industrial needs.
