The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining CRM deployments, while collaborating with various teams and supporting MS Dynamics/CRM applications.ResponsibilitiesProvide production support for MS Dynamics/CRM applicationsUpdate/Support Microsoft Power Automate Cloud FlowsUpdate/Support Microsoft Azure Function AppsUpdate/Support Microsoft Azure Logic AppsSupport Development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to test new functionalitiesDevelop, test, and implement D365 Power Automate and related Cloud FlowsDevelop, test, and implement custom features and processes in Microsoft DynamicsParticipate in business case creation and estimation of workRecommend and implement best practicesConsult with business to modernize business processes by leveraging Power Automate, Azure Functions and Logic AppsAssist in communicating new features released to usersCreate and maintain application solution documentationAssist in writing user guides for newly developed appsMonitor and troubleshoot performance or other issues when neededOn-call and/or after-hours work requiredSkillsMust be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work well under pressureMust be self-motivated, and able to work independently, as well as interact well with others and communicate professionally with people at all levelsMust demonstrate up-to-date expertise in D365 CRM (Power platform, power automate, Apps), C#, .NET development, Portal Development, Power BI, Azure and the ability to apply that expertise to development activitiesAt least 3 years of hands-on development experience with CRM solutions, D365 / CRM and/or Power Platform experience preferredExperience with Integration within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data ServiceGood exposure to Common data services like Dataverse and integration to CRM solutions like Dynamics 365Experience building PowerApps and Flow structure driven AppsExperience working in an Agile delivery teamBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field3+ years hands on CRM experience2+ Year of Building PowerApps and Flow structure driven Apps5+ years IT experienceStrong problem-solving skills -- must be able to think critically and independentlyBenefitsOnly considering W2 candidates.This is a potential contract to hire opportunity that is remote.Expected hours of work - 8am - 4:30pm EST.Company OverviewNesco Resource s an Staffing and Recruiting firm.
