[Remote] Mortgage Sr. Wholesale Account Executive

They are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers while marketing lending products.ResponsibilitiesPerforms initial contact to prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinates broker approval processCollaborates with leadership to develop/implement marketing strategies within assigned territory/account listConducts presentations to promote Spring and present our process, product and technology platformsCollaborates with loan operations team to manage pipelineEnsures that clients understand the Company’s loan processing, underwriting and closing processesProvides brokers/bankers with information to access current rate sheets and product guidelinesProvides technical training and support to clients with regard to Company technology platformPerforms related duties as assignedSkills2+ years of mortgage or home equity industry experience requiredProven track record of success in salesExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsSelf-starter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challengesEnthusiastically contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvementThe team member demonstrates an ability to meet and exceed goals as an individual contributorWe work hard to stay updated with the industry technology, therefore we need our team members to learn new technology quicklyCandidates must have current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
