[Remote] Mortgage Servicing Data Analyst

The Money Store is seeking an experienced Mortgage Servicing Data Analyst to support servicing portfolio management and strategic initiatives. This role involves developing data-driven solutions and analytics to enhance servicing operations and executive decision-making.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain data solutions and analytics to support mortgage servicing portfolio managementBuild reporting and analytics for subservicer oversight, including operational performance, compliance metrics, and service level trackingDesign and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting using Power BI and other business intelligence toolsAnalyze servicing portfolio performance including delinquency, runoff, prepayment speeds, recapture, retention, and portfolio trendsSupport strategies related to servicing retention, recapture, and monetization of the servicing portfolioExtract, transform, and analyze data from MSP and enterprise data warehouse platformsDevelop automated reporting and data workflows using Snowflake, Python, Retool, and JavaScriptPartner with servicing, finance, compliance, and technology teams to define data requirements and reporting needsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities within the servicing portfolio and present findings to managementSupport ad hoc analysis, strategic initiatives, and executive reporting related to servicing operations and portfolio performanceSkillsMinimum 10 years of experience working in a mortgage servicing environmentStrong working knowledge of MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform – formerly LPS)Experience working with servicing portfolio data, reporting, and analyticsProficiency with: Snowflake, Power BI, Retool, Python, JavaScriptUnderstanding of mortgage servicing processes including boarding, payments, escrow, investor reporting, default servicing, and loss mitigationExperience building dashboards, reporting packages, and data-driven business insightsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to translate business needs into data solutions and reporting toolsExperience with subservicer oversight reporting and scorecardsExperience with servicing retention and recapture analyticsExperience supporting servicing portfolio strategy or MSR portfolio managementExperience working in a data warehouse environment and supporting data governance initiativesExperience presenting analytics and insights to senior management and executivesBachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related fieldCompany OverviewThe Money Store has been a trusted mortgage brand for more than 50 years.
