[Remote] Mortgage Processor - High-Volume Retail Team

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fusion Home Loans is seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor to support a high-producing, realtor-driven retail team. The Processor will manage loans from submission through underwriting to closing, ensuring timely and accurate file progression in accordance with company policies and investor guidelines. Responsibilities • Process residential mortgage loans from submission through closing • Manage a pipeline of approximately 15–20 closed loans per month • Communicate effectively with borrowers, realtors, and internal teams • Ensure all files meet underwriting and investor requirements • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management Skills • 2–5+ years of current mortgage processing experience • Strong experience with Conventional, Broker, FHA and VA loans • Experience with Non-QM products (DSCR, bank statement loans) • Proven ability to support realtor-driven retail pipelines • Proficiency in Encompass, DU, LP, and GUS • Experience with broker systems; CRM experience (Candid) a plus • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication • Must be based in the Northeastern United States • Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Benefits • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and parental leave Company Overview • Fusion Home Loans is a mortgage lending company that offers financial and home loan services.
