100% REMOTE JOB OPPORTUNIRY, FULL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM EST.
$20-$25/HR
Qualifications
Mortgage loss mitigation experience- 2+ years and needs to be recent
Experience with document scanning and indexing.
Proficient in Excel, Adobe Acrobat.
Knowledge of various file formats.

Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Spec, Loss Mit Document I is responsible for processing servicing loan documents, in digital format, and load them into the document management system to optimize business processes, meet regulatory requirements and customer care needs.
This is all back office work, no borrower facing contact
Responsible for digitally combining packages and checking image for quality and accuracy.
Responsible for identifying correct borrower loan number and cross-reference by name, address, phone number, social security number or email address in LoanServ and Valeri.
Load document images to electronic document repository database - EDMS and accurately categorize/index.
Aid in the disposition of documents process.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
