Branch Manager style income for Loan Officer work!
• 200-275 BPS Compensation on personal production

We are seeking:
• Dynamic mortgage professionals capable of independently generating business.
• In-depth understanding of mortgage industry dynamics and market trends.
• Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid license in CA, TX, FL, OK, KS, MO, CO, ID, WA, OR, UT, WI, OH, KY, TN, AL, SC, VA, PA and/or MN maintaining good standing with NMLS.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Originate loans though cultivating and nurturing client relationships.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes.
• Help us grow the company through recruiting and referrals
