[Remote] Mortgage Loan Officer - Remote

They are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to engage with warm leads, consult borrowers on loan options, and build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Engage with 100% warm transfer leads from motivated homebuyers and refinancers
ā¢ Consult with borrowers to understand their needs and present loan options
ā¢ Use our state of the art technology to qualify and close loans quickly
ā¢ Build long-term relationships for future referrals and repeat business
ā¢ Collaborate with in-house processors and underwriters for fast closings
ā¢ Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and conversions
Skills
ā¢ 1+ years of recent mortgage loan origination experience (call center preferred)
ā¢ Active NMLS license
ā¢ Minimum 1 - 5 active state license
ā¢ Must meet all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) requirements
ā¢ Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines and ability to accurately structure and price loans
ā¢ Strong communication and negotiation skills
ā¢ Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
ā¢ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
ā¢ Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and to be a top producer
