Job Title: Remote Monitoring AideLocation: Main Hospital - New BrunswickDepartment Name: Sitter - Remote MonitoringReq #: 0000217640Status: HourlyShift: NightPay Range: $17.05 - $17.05 per hourPay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.Job Overview:RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Remote Monitoring Aide (In Person) in our New Brunswick Facility to monitor multiple patients on several monitors.Qualifications:Required:High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Basic Life Support (CPR) through American Heart AssociationPreferred:Previous patient monitor experience ; successful completion of video monitor training.Scheduling Requirements:Night Shift, 40 hours per week (5 shifts per week), 11p-7:30a, including every other weekend and holidays.Essential Functions:Excellent interpersonal skills.Must be able to communicate effectively.Must maintain professional demeanor and perform duties effectively in stressful/emergent situations.Must be able to work independently complete assignment with minimal supervision.Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
