[Remote] Mobility Platform Engineer

The Mobility Platform Engineer supports enterprise mobility services by providing engineering, operations, and sustainment of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Threat Detection (MTD) platforms for approximately 22,000 mobile endpoints, ensuring secure and compliant mobile operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day engineering, operations, and sustainment for enterprise MDM and MTD platforms supporting iOS, Android, and legacy mobile technologies, ensuring consistent performance and availability at scaleManage mobile device profiles, security policies, OS compatibility, certificate-based authentication, PKI integrations, and gateway configurations in alignment with Zero Trust architecture requirementsPerform advanced troubleshooting, break-fix support, and incident response for mobile platform issues, including lost or compromised devices, OS vulnerabilities, and certificate misuseExecute platform updates, upgrades, and configuration changesDevelop, maintain, and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration artifactsSupport continuous FISMA compliance activities, audits, RFIs, and security assessments by producing artifacts, evidence, and remediation documentationCollaborate with cybersecurity, identity and access management, network, and operations teams to ensure secure integrationSkillsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust is requiredHands-on experience with enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms supporting large-scale mobile deploymentsExperience supporting Mobile Threat Detection (MTD) solutions and mobile security controlsStrong knowledge of Zero Trust principles, PKI, certificate management, and secure mobile authenticationExperience supporting FISMA compliance, audits, POA&M tracking, and RFI responses for IT systemsProficiency in mobile OS lifecycle management, vulnerability remediation, and secure configuration baselinesExperience working in operational environments requiring incident response, change management, and configuration controlBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT or mobility platforms, with at least 3 years in mobile device management or endpoint engineering rolesExperience supporting mobility services in large federal enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with legacy mobile platforms (e.g., BlackBerry) and hybrid mobile ecosystemsKnowledge of NIST 800-53, DHS 4300A/B, and federal mobile security guidanceExperience integrating mobile platforms with identity, access management, and endpoint security toolsStrong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skillsBenefitsShort- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awardsHealth insurance coverageLife and disability insuranceA retirement savings planPaid holidays and paid time offMaximus provides reasonable accommodations to individuals requiring assistance during any phase of the employment process due to a disability, medical condition, or physical or mental impairmentCompany OverviewDice is a job-searching platform for technology professionals.
