[Remote] Mobile Mortgage Advisor Assistant - Part time (20hrs/weekly - 12 months Contract) - Hindi/Punjabi

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CIBC is building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world and is seeking a Mobile Mortgage Advisor Assistant. In this role, you will assist the Mortgage Advisor in client engagement, administrative support, and business development activities to facilitate home ownership for clients.

Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries and facilitate the mortgage application process
• Assist the Mortgage Advisor in activities to support their business
• Assist with marketing and business development activities, which are designed to facilitate new business, by identifying, and attracting clients to the Mortgage Advisor

Skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in residential mortgages
• Fluency in Hindi or Punjabi
• Ability to engage with clients and respond to inquiries
• Ability to assist with administrative support for the Mortgage Advisor
• Ability to assist with marketing and business development activities
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to build trust through respect and authenticity
• Commitment to values such as trust, teamwork, and accountability
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location
• Willingness to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests
