[Remote] Mobile Mortgage Advisor Assistant (12 months Contract)

In this role, you will assist the Mortgage Advisor in client engagement, administrative support, and business development within a flexible home office environment.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Respond to client inquiries and facilitate the mortgage application process
ā¢ Assist the Mortgage Advisor in activities to support their business
ā¢ Assist with marketing and business development activities, which are designed to facilitate new business, by identifying, and attracting clients to the Mortgage Advisor
Skills
ā¢ Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
ā¢ Experience in residential mortgages
ā¢ Ability to engage with clients and respond to inquiries
ā¢ Ability to assist with administrative support for the Mortgage Advisor
ā¢ Ability to assist with marketing and business development activities
ā¢ Strong critical thinking skills
ā¢ Ability to build trust through respect and authenticity
ā¢ Commitment to values such as trust, teamwork, and accountability
ā¢ Legally eligible to work at the specified location
ā¢ Willingness to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests
