[Remote] Mobile Growth Manager

They are seeking a Mobile Growth Manager to own and scale app acquisition and growth channels, driving measurable growth across installs, activation, and revenue through hands-on campaign management and cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute mobile growth strategies across key acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and emerging platforms)Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking end-to-endPartner closely with creative teams to develop high-performing, platform-native ad creative (static, video, UGC)Design and run experiments to improve install rate, activation, retention, and monetizationWork with product and lifecycle teams to optimize onboarding, conversion flows, and downstream engagementBuild and leverage attribution frameworks (SKAN, MMPs) to measure true performance and guide decision-makingAnalyze performance and optimize campaigns based on CPI, CAC, LTV, payback period, and retention metricsIdentify and scale high-performing channels while quickly cutting underperforming onesStay up to date with platform changes, privacy updates, and emerging opportunities in mobile growthSkillsHands-on experience managing mobile acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, or Google App CampaignsAbility to think beyond installs and optimize for full-funnel metrics like activation, retention, LTV, and revenueComfortable working within mobile attribution constraints (SKAN, MMPs) and making decisions with imperfect dataComfortable operating in ambiguity and building new channels or programs from scratchAbility to collaborate effectively with creative, product, lifecycle, and data teams to drive growthTake ownership and move quickly, balancing experimentation with executionAbility to communicate clearly and translate performance into business outcomes (growth, revenue, efficiency)BenefitsElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.Company OverviewElevenLabs develops artificial intelligence software focused on speech synthesis and voice generation.
