They are seeking a highly skilled DDC Mobile Controls Project Manager to oversee and manage DDC controls projects, ensuring successful completion through collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of DDC controls projects, including scope definition, project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk managementCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as engineers, technicians, contractors, and clients, to gather requirements, assess project needs, and ensure alignment of project goals and objectivesDemonstrate a strong understanding of DDC controls systems, building automation technologies, and industry best practices. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycleWork closely with engineering teams to review design documents, ensure compliance with specifications, and offer expertise in DDC controls integration and programmingCoordinate with procurement teams to source and procure necessary equipment, components, and software. Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to project requirementsDevelop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that DDC controls systems meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectationsCreate and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawingsOversee the commissioning and testing of DDC controls systems to ensure functionality, efficiency, and performance. Conduct system walkthroughs and provide technical support during system startup and handover phasesLead project teams, providing clear direction, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and professional developmentStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DDC controls systems. Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and customer satisfactionSkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
