In this strategic role, you will guide market development across next-generation digital infrastructure and build executive-level partnerships to influence the future of the data center industry.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of CHAâs national data center growth strategy across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and publicâsector markets aligned with our corporate objectivesBuild and maintain deep relationships with Câsuite executives, engineering leaders, procurement teams, and realâestate decisionâmakersIdentify, qualify, and prioritize new market opportunities aligned with emerging trendsâincluding AI workload expansion, advanced cooling technologies, edge computing, and sustainability frameworksServe as CHAâs subjectâmatter expert in missionâcritical facilities, staying ahead of competitive intelligence, regulatory considerations, and technology innovationsBuild and manage a highâquality pipeline from lead generation through negotiation and contract awardDrive pursuit strategy for multimillionâdollar opportunities, including proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiationsOrchestrate complex deal negotiations through contract closeâout while steering revenue, margin, and marketâshare growth and providing forwardâlooking pipeline intelligence to leadershipChampion revenue, margin, and marketâshare growth for the data center segment, driving strategic advancement and market positionCollaborate with engineering, planning, operations, finance, and marketing teams to shape marketâleading solutions and support successful project deliveryAmplify our market presence by partnering with marketing to elevate CHAâs capabilities through standout thought leadership, targeted campaigns, and highâimpact industry eventsSkillsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering is requiredA minimum of 10 years of business development, strategy, or sales experience in data centers, hyperscale cloud, missionâcritical infrastructure, or related engineering environmentsExperience with hyperscalers; familiarity with sustainability, regulatory frameworks, and largeâscale designâbuild modelsStrong industry relationships within cloud providers, colocation operators, infrastructure leaders, and/or enterprise dataâcenter decisionâmakersProven ability to shape enterprise strategy and elevate brand presence across the data center industryDemonstrated success leading complex, highâvalue pursuits from qualification through contract awardSolid understanding of dataâcenterâspecific engineering and operational disciplines (power distribution, cooling systems, controls, fiber, networking, security)Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executiveâpresentation skillsDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across technical, commercial, and operational functionsAccomplished in building, deepening, and energizing relationships with key clients and strategic partnersMaster's in Business Administration (MBA) preferredCompany OverviewCHA Consulting, Inc.
