Requirements • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably within financial services or sales/customer service. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients effectively and team members. • A teachable attitude, open to learning and adapting to new processes and technologies. • Ability to balance work responsibilities with personal commitments, particularly suited for military spouses.
