[Remote] Midwest Territory Manager - Agriculture

The role involves driving growth by strengthening distributor and end-user relationships, managing a diverse account portfolio, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams. Responsibilities • Drive growth across a defined Midwest territory by strengthening distributor and end-user relationships. • Manage a diverse account portfolio while ensuring delivery of results and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to support clients and execute territory plans. • Provide technical expertise on a portfolio of plant nutrition products. • Oversee pricing execution and maintain competitive market positioning. • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding distributor networks. • Deliver training, demonstrations, and presentations to customers and prospects. Skills • Proven sales success in the agricultural industry. • Knowledge of plant nutrition, soil science, and crop management. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with distributors and producers. • Experience managing accounts, forecasting sales, and executing strategic plans. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools. • Willingness to travel across the Midwest. • A degree in Agronomy or a related field preferred.
