[Remote] Mid/Senior Web3 QA Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LI.FI is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality of their products and provide a seamless user experience. The role involves designing testing strategies, creating automation test suites, managing bugs, and collaborating with both the QA and development teams to uphold quality standards.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement robust testing strategies for REST APIs and backend services, ensuring performance, reliability, and security across integrationsCreate automation test suites to cover our different endpointsCollaborate with our existing QA team to uphold and evolve our testing standardsEnsure high-quality standards for software solutions and newly added featuresManage and track known bugs to resolutionIdentify and communicate product issues, proposing solutions to improve the overall experienceCollaborate with the development team to ensure quality assurance procedures are consistently followedWork closely with product and tech lead to bring a shift-left approach to the teamDraft and maintain clear and comprehensive testing documentationSkills5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in Web3, and a strong background in REST API and web application testingKnowledge of emerging technologies in the blockchain space and a desire to continuously expand expertiseProficiency in Git, GitHub (Actions), TypeScript, Playwright, and PostmanStrong written and verbal communication skills for effective team and stakeholder interactionsAbility to work both independently and within a team, with a self-driven approach to day-to-day tasksOpenness to learning and adapting to new changes quicklyTech-savvy, with the ability to understand development changes and ensure compatibility across featuresIdeally, some experience with Linear and familiarity with quality assurance toolsBenefitsAnnual company offsites — we've explored Thailand, Vietnam, Morocco, and Greece together.
