[Remote] Mid-Market Account Manager

The Mid-Market Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with existing clients in the Mid-Market space, develop sales plans, and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue goals.ResponsibilitiesCreate strategic, long-term relationships with customers in your territoryNurture and expand the company's relationship with customer accounts in your defined territoryDevelop and execute sales plans and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunitiesDevelop and manage sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotasConduct heavy prospecting of customers (phone, email, marketing campaigns, referrals, etc.) and coordinate with marketing and account development representatives to qualify and identify leadsCoordinate initial product discoveries and demonstrations via Microsoft TeamsCoordinate resources throughout the sales cycle including product support, professional services, and solution engineeringConsult with and present value propositions to key clients and senior-level executives to negotiate and close dealsManage and track customer information and provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.com and GongRemain highly knowledgeable of company products and target industries to facilitate sales effortsPractice effective, excellent written and oral communication with management, customers, and support staffParticipate in team building and company-growth activities including strategy development, product training, marketing efforts, sales enablement, and customer careSkills2+ years of experience in selling B2B software solutionsPrevious account management experienceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environmentDisciplined approach to daily activity planning, goal setting, and quota attainmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including cold calls, proposal preparation, presentations, and negotiationMust have energy, drive, commitment, and passionBenefitsFor non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus.For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.Background checks are required for employment with insightsoftware, where permitted by country, state/province.Company Overviewinsightsoftware is the most comprehensive provider of solutions for the Office of the CFO.
