They are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive - Expansion who will focus on acquiring net new accounts and managing existing ones, while achieving sales targets through consultative sales processes.ResponsibilitiesWork all new business leads for Mid-Market (300-1,000 employee companies)Achieve and consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting free trials, marketing-qualified leads, or demo requests into paid customersMaster the product and be able to field customer service and product questions from your leadsPerform customer presentations and demos via online web conferencing toolsWork with the Growth and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and sales conversion toolsIdentify customer segments and new opportunities to improve the quality of the sales pipelineSkills2-4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in all sales cycles, from converting net new prospects to growing and retaining existing customers2-4 years of SaaS sales cycle experienceExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsProcess-driven with diligent attention to detailExperience with completing and leading Requests for Information or Requests for QuotesExperience with project management software or other productivity toolsExperience with e-commerce signup flows and field salesExperience with Slack, Front, Salesforce, and OutreachSome exposure to Customer Service and Technical Support processes, and sending responses quicklyYou prefer building rapport with customers over annoying, aggressive sales tacticsCompany OverviewClickUp is a cloud-based productivity and project management software company that provides an all-in-one platforms for task management.
