They are seeking a driven Mid-Market Account Executive to help scale growth in the multifamily and property maintenance tech space by owning and growing a territory of accounts, leading sales cycles, and driving the adoption of AI-first tools.ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a territory of mid-market to larger PMC accountsLead discovery, demo, and proposal cycles with operators, asset managers, and tech buyersManage a full-funnel process using HappyCo’s Sales Playbook and data-driven storytellingBuild pipeline through proactive prospecting, field events, and channel referralsPartner with Sales Engineers and Marketing to deliver value-based selling motionsUse CRM tools (Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, etc.) to forecast, track, and iterateDrive adoption of AI-first tools and workflows that change how multifamily teams workSkills3–5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in real estate, property management, or facilities softwareStrong sales process—you can map stakeholders, align timelines, and close confidentlyExperience closing $80K–$150K+ deals with multi-product solutionsYou've sold to technical, operational, or C-level buyers and know how to simplify complexityPassionate belief in the HappyCo core values with unwavering commitment to quality and successAbility to travel - up to 30 - 50% - for client meetings and industry trade shows/ eventsYou're energized by hunting, self-generating leads, and operating with a sense of urgencyYou're comfortable evolving quickly—our market moves fast, and so do weFamiliarity with multifamily SaaS and building operationsDeep understanding of multifamily maintenance workflows (inspections, make-ready, work orders)Track record selling platforms that improve operational efficiency, NOI, or resident experienceCompany OverviewHappyCo is taking traditional paper based processes out of the dark ages for property management It was founded in 2011, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
