They are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle and building relationships with multi-location prospects.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closeManage a high volume of Mid-Market opportunities with 1-3 months sales cycles and multiple stakeholdersLead consultative sales conversations with founders, operators, regional managers, and ownership groupDeliver tailored product demonstrations and business recommendations based on customer goals and operational needsDrive urgency and momentum throughout the sales process while maintaining a strong customer experienceConduct pricing and contract negotiations confidently and professionallyClose new business consistently against monthly and quarterly targetsBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic follow-up, referrals, in-market travel, and partnership channelsPartner closely with SDRs to develop account strategies and multi-threaded outreach plansIdentify expansion opportunities within emerging multi-location operators and growing brandsMaintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and CRM hygiene within SalesforcePartner with onboarding, payments, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth customer transitionsCoordinate internal resources to support more complex evaluations, integrations, and operational discussionsShare market feedback and customer insights to help improve sales processes, positioning, and product strategySkills3–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experienceProven ability to manage moderate-length sales cycles with multiple decision-makersStrong ability to build trust quickly with business owners and operatorsComfortable navigating multiple stakeholders and maintaining momentum across dealsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly consultative selling approach focused on uncovering business pain points and operational inefficienciesAbility to articulate ROI and operational impact clearlyComfortable discussing pricing, payments, workflows, and business operationsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail throughout the sales processFamiliarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, and modern sales toolsAbility to understand and explain how software integrates into customer workflowsComfortable learning technical concepts and collaborating cross-functionallyThrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentSelf-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skillsCoachable, curious, and eager to continuously improvePositive, collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownershipExperience selling Mid-Market or multi-location accountsBackground selling into beauty, aesthetics, medspa, wellness, or self-care businesses strongly preferredExperience selling operational software, CRM, payments, POS, or business management platforms is a plusBenefits401(k) match plus dental, medical, vision, and life insurance.Flexible vacation day policy.Fully remote so you can choose where you want to work.You’ll receive a work from home stipend every month.Family planning resources and specialized support programs.Equity: get ahead on the ground floor and grow with Boulevard.Boulevard Bucks Learning and Development program allows employees to explore businesses in the market we serve.Company OverviewBoulevard provides beauty and wellness businesses with tools for booking, payments, marketing, and client relationship management.
